The eerie music video for David Bowie’s “No Plan” debuted on Saturday (Jan. 7), just one day before what would have been the legendary musician’s 70th birthday. The Tom Hingston-directed video features rows of televisions broadcasting the lyrics to “No Plan,” with enthralled onlookers watching from outside of a store. Watch the mysterious video below.

“No Plan” is one of three previously-unheard songs featured on the cast album to the Bowie-penned musical Lazarus. The soundtrack also includes “When I Met You” and “Killing a Little Time,” which weren’t been included on the singer’s final album, Blackstar. (Billboard)
