Following the release of his comeback single TNMCP (Tu Ne Me Connais Pas) last spring, Belgian singer-songwriter Témé Tan releases the infectious, groove-rich Le Million — a subtle blend of French pop, dazzling beats and smooth harmonies — the secret only he knows.

The lyrics were written with Elea Braaz and the music was composed by four hands; together with Luv ShAUwn. Témé Tan is joined on vocals by his brother Noza (Améthys, Coups de griffe), which gives the track its reggaetón production.

Shot in Brussels and on the banks of the Veerse Meer in Holland, the self-directed video features the artist on a veritable treasure hunt in search of the million

Armed with Le Million, the Brussels-born producer of Congolese origin takes us on a little trip back to the tour that followed his debut album release — evoking all the existential questions surrounding an artist today:

"These days, reaching the million mark seems to have become a goal in itself; a number that symbolises success, a sort of modern grail. At the end of the day, what's more important: a million streams, a million views, a million tickets sold? How about simply getting people to sing and dance? During the tour that followed the release of my 1st album, I enjoyed taking time to visit the places where I played and meet people around. I wanted to sing about those moments."

A useful reminder of the essential, and a solid dose of positive energy to keep the summer mood high in the run up to the release of his second album ‘Quand il est seul’, to be released on November 10 via [PIAS] Recordings Belgium!
