On the new track, Michael comments: "‘See Through' is about the realities people face behind closed doors. Whether it’s a touring musician, an artist, a person of any social status, behind closed doors you’re still human and can face the same adversities as anyone else, whether it’s loneliness, depression, separation anxiety etc. It’s a very personal song, in which I’d find myself getting home from tour and sitting in my room with no-one to talk to, nowhere to go, just waiting for the next time I had to leave. One extreme to another with no real middle ground".
