The New York-based duo Sofi Tukker, want to create world music for a wider audience. Especially the dance and techno scene. After meeting at an art gallery while attending Brown University, Sophie Hawley-Weld and Tucker Halpern quickly began making music, only later becoming friends. Upon graduation in 2014, the pair moved to New York, and now they're planning the release of their first EP called 'Soft Animals'. Their first release, "Drinkee", conquered Ibiza!
