Luísa Sobral has recently announced her return to releases with 'DanSando', her sixth album of originals to be released at the end of October. The album will be anticipated by 'Gosto de Ti', a brand new single coming out next Tuesday, October 4th, which will be accompanied by a music video directed by Filipe C. Monteiro.
'DanSando' promises to be one of Luísa's sunniest records. It was produced by Brazilian multi-instrumentalist and Latin Grammy winner Tó Brandileone and was recorded between Lisbon (Portugal) and São Paulo (Brazil) before the summer. In its eleven songs, Luísa explores a more pop aesthetic than in her previous works, with songs written and sung in Portuguese that look into everyday life with sweetness and enthusiasm.
'DanSando' will be released worldwide by Framboesalecrim, Luísa's own label, and in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria via o-tone music. Touring for the new album is set to start in November, with shows in Germany (Speicher, Bad Homburg, 25 Nov) and Luxembourg (Trifolion, 26 Nov). Many more will be announced soon
