On September 1st, IMPALERS will release their third album, entitled “The Celestial Dictator”. It will be released through a collaboration between Evil EyE Records and the band’s own newly created record label, Initium Records. The album was recorded in the summer of 2016 at Death Island Studio with producer Marco Angioni at the helm. The artwork was made by Andrej Bartulovic.
rawing heavy inspiration from the works of Christopher Hitchens, “The Celestial Dictator” eschews the lighter tone on the band’s previous EP, “Styx Demon - The Master of Death EP”, and instead take on social, political, and especially religiousthemes and topics important to the continuation of the human race and the world it inhabits
Singer and guitarist Søren Crawack says:
“The Earth is a huge, complex living entity and we are the parasites that infests it. It’s time to change things around and also walk the talk. I feel we’ve created the perfect soundtrack for such a time. And even if you’re not interested in all that, I believe the music will speak for itself, and any lover of fast and aggressive music should find something to enjoy here.
