Op woensdag 6 februari komt het Australische Parkway Drive naar AFAS Live in Amsterdam. De show is onderdeel van de Europese run van de Reverence Tour die in het teken staat van het onlangs verschenen gelijknamige album. De kaartverkoop voor de show in Amsterdam start vrijdag 6 juli om 11 uur via Ticketmaster.
Na een zeer succesvolle tournee langs Europese festivals deze zomer komt Parkway Drive begin volgend jaar terug voor hun grootste Europese tournee ooit. Deze staat in het teken van het in mei verschenen zesde album van de band genaamd Reverence. Het nieuwe werk van het vijftal uit Byron Bay is lovend ontvangen door fans en pers.

Parkway Drive is opgericht in 2002 in Byron Bay Australië. De band is de laatste tien jaar langzaam maar zeker uitgegroeid tot een grote naam in het genre. Hun vijf eerdere albums behaalde allemaal de gouden status in thuisland Australië. Met de release van Reverence is ook de weg naar het grote internationale succes ingezet. Vorige maand sloot de band als headliner de vrijdag van FortaRock af met een spectaculaire en vurige show.
