Gabriel Rios stelt nieuwe single Flore voor

Hoewel Gabriel Rios’ aankomende Spaanstalige album voor het grootste gedeelte zal bestaan uit prachtige, eigentijdse covers van Latijns-Amerikaanse klassiekers - waaronder ‘No soy de aquí, ni soy de allá’, het nummer dat hij twee weken geleden reeds loste - is de single ‘Flore’ een eigen nummer.

Gabriel Rios over deze single:

“Flore is a song about a sudden shift in power. Just when you think you’re in control someone or something throws you a curve ball. It’s similar to Nancy Sinatra’s Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down) except that in this case it’s the woman shooting the man and bringing flowers to his grave just to rub it in.”
