Wegens de grote vraag naar kaarten geeft de Red Hot Chili Peppers een extra concert op woensdag 9 november in de Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam. Het concert van 8 november in de Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam raakte vanochtend binnen een mum van tijd uitverkocht. De kaartverkoop voor het extra concert is direct van start gegaan via ticketmaster.nl.
Het 11e album van de Red Hot Chili Peppers The Getaway behaalde wereldwijd de nummer 1 positie in de albumlijsten. Het nieuwe album debuteerde op nummer 1 in de Billboard Album Sales en op nummer 2 in de Billboard Top 200. The Getaway is het zevende top-10 album van de band in Australië, België, Ierland, Nieuw-Zeeland en in Nederland. In Duitsland en Groot Brittannië kwam het album binnen op de nummer 2 positie.
