Rhode Island-based singer, songwriter, and guitarist Seth Salois proudly releases his brand-new single, “Failed Storm Drain,” available now on all streaming platforms.

"'Failed Storm Drain' is the first song out of this collection of 5 on the new EP that captures the essence, sounds and themes of myself as a songwriter. I wanted a song that created a certain atmosphere, something that felt lived in and told a story of hope, togetherness, and our ability to do something beautiful when we come together. This is just the beginning of the ride for this album,” shares Salois.
The track was produced, recorded, mixed, and mastered at No Boundaries Studios by Chris Piquette, who also contributed guitar, bass, and programming. Drums were performed by Brody Briggs, adding a dynamic foundation to the song’s sonic weight.

Seth Salois is Rhode Island native who has been the front man/guitarist, lyricist, and catalyst for the RI base band Psycle for over 20 years. Bringing tenacity, soul and purpose to what Psycle’s music stood for was always at the fore front of the group and this can now be found in his own songs.
With the upcoming EP Between the Darkness and the Light, due out in 2026, Seth has created a landscape of songs to voice his experiences, his will and the transference of those around him. The EP will consist of 5 songs that will reach the edges of all his musical inspirations ranging from the 90’s Seattle sound, to Modern artists such as Shinedown, Daughtry, and Alter Bridge. The first single “Failed Storm Drain” will bring you thru a maze of beautiful melodies, introspective lyrics and crushing guitars that leave you asking, “Are we better when we are together?”. With the swing and edge of bands like Chevelle and Breaking Benjamin to the soulful delivery of Chris Daughtry, “Failed Storm Drain” delivers a potent statement to its last breath.
