Naarm/Melbourne, Australia four piece Press Club are pleased to announce a run of July 2025 UK headline tour dates alongside an appearance at 2000 Trees Festival this summer.
The news comes alongside a run of European dates in June for what will be their sixth tour. The month-long run includes festival performances at Farewell Youth and Not Sorry Festivals in Germany, and the band performing for their first time in Croatia at INmusic Festival. An abundance of headline shows are also on sale now including an Australian double bill in Hamburg with friends and tour buddies DZ Deathrays.
Bassist Iain MacRae says the band are “totally stoked to be heading back over to Europe for our 6th tour of duty! Time after time it just gets better, and we truly count our blessings to be able to meet so many incredible people and see so many new things—all in the name of rock and roll.”
With their fourth album, To All The Ones That I Love, set for independent release on 2nd May 2025, the band recently shared a video for latest single ‘I Am Everything’—a track about the complexities and contradictions of life.
The band have released a string of advance singles from the record with support at radio from Daniel P Carter on the BBC R1 Rock Show, Huw Stephens, Steve Lamacq and Craig Charles at BBC 6music, and John Kennedy at Radio X.
Lead singer Natalie Foster says of the single: “it's about the way we carry both light and darkness within us. It reflects on the struggles we face, the vulnerability that comes with being human, and the strength we find in pushing through challenges. Life can be difficult and overwhelming, but it’s also full of meaning and value if we’re willing to look for it."
There’s a deep need for connection running through the song—a desire to be seen, heard, and understood. It captures the universal experience of battling with inner conflict, confronting doubts and regrets, and finding a sense of purpose in the process. At its core, it’s about the beauty of embracing both the highs and lows of the journey and discovering the gold hidden in life’s challenges.
“I Am Everything came about in a funny way from a songwriting perspective,” guitarist and engineer Greg Rietwyk reflects on the recording of the track. “I recorded the little one bar acoustic guitar part and was just looping it over and over. Frank had to leave the studio for the day and I was desperate to continue working on the song, so I pleaded with him to record a drum-take. He obliged and recorded an entire song's worth of drums, improvising the song structure as he went along. This ended up on the album unchanged and we built the rest of the song around that take. I love the atmospherics on this song and it was particularly fulfilling to experiment with subtle and not so subtle vocal effects.”
To All The Ones That I Love was recorded at the band’s own studio in Footscray with guitarist Greg Rietwyk on production and mixing, before the album was mastered by Kris Crummett (Closure in Moscow, Dune Rats, Currents). Encapsulating the maturity of the band, the new album offers the listener a ride through various genres and traverses themes of introspection, growth, change and learning from past mistakes.
