After gifting the world with "Happy" from the Despicable Me 2 soundtrack, Pharrell Williams' sound is laced on another soundtrack. This time he's lending his vocals to the forthcoming movie Hidden Figures (release February 1st), which he also produced and composed songs for.

Reminiscent of the soundtrack to old school speakeasy bars, Pharrell translates the movie's message into a snappy jazz track. "I know they say to crawl before you walk, but in my mind I already jogged", the hitmaker coos. "If I stand still I cannot get far, they want the moon, I'm on mars." Hidden Figuresis inspired by the 2016 book Hidden Figures: The American Dream and the Untold Story of the Black Women Mathematicians Who Helped Win the Space Race and centers the three female mathematicians' (Taraji P. Henson, Janelle Monae, Octavia Spencer) contributions to the historic event. (Billboard.com)
