Following his remix alongside John Summit for Sofi Tukker’s Drinkee, multi-platinum selling artist, Vintage Culture joins forces with FFlora and Meca for killer collab Butterflies ft. Tristan Henry - out now on Sonny Fodera’s Solotoko.

Known for his Brazilian superstar status, Vintage Culture AKA Lukas Ruiz skyrocketed onto the scene over a decade ago, connecting with dancers worldwide for spine-tingling moments. Since then, he’s graced the cover of Rolling Stone, been nominated for Forbes 30 Under 30, and achieved endless musical accolades.

His productions have welcomed spins on BBC Radio 1, Beatport Top 100 positions, and billions of streams on Spotify with releases on the likes of Defected, Musical Freedom, Repopulate Mars, Atlantic Records UK, Island Records, Parlophone UK, Domino, Embassy One, Virgin Records, and his very own imprint SóTrackBoa.

Although 2020 saw cancelled shows at Coachella, EDC Vegas, Lollapalooza Chicago, Tomorrowland, Creamfields, Ushuaia Ibiza, Pacha Ibiza, Parookaville, Lukas spent the last year remixing Meduza, Moby, David Guetta, Joel Corry, Jorja Smith and Maverick Sabre, cooked up 100s of tracks, fundraised $100,000 for the Covid-19 relief fund in his home country, and even became a multi-platinum selling artist.

Now returning with fellow Brazilian DJ Meca, the pair will continue to position themselves as dance music’s most-know acts. With their previous collab Colour of My Heart topping over 6M streams on Spotify alone, this latest release is expected to be no different with the help of FFlora from Dashdot.

Boasting all of the artists’ impeccable production and songwriting skills, as well as Tristan Henry’s hypnotic vocals, Butterflies is an undeniable dance weapon. Glistened with synth structures and precision kicks, expect Butterflies to explode across airwaves and clubs alike.
