Just like its predecessor Duality did, even though coming to us through fresh motivations, Legacy has arrived charged with electrical energy which carries us on a journey into a universe of tales and legends.
Cecile Kaszowski’s texts are full of mythical and fabulous creatures, animated by a thousand instrumental subtilities which not only give life to the tales treated by the group but also to those of us that relax and listen.
Between the voyages of Sacagawea, forced to guide the conquering colonies, the beautiful and tender Snegourotchka, whom allows herself to fall into sadness, and the Reindeer of Sun who brings light and colours to an entire Inuit village, the listener will be transported, through the tales and legends, in front of the heritage of our world, a reflection to what we were, to what we are today and to what we will surely become.
ORION DUST was created in 2015 by the head musician Bouron Fabien. Accompanied by Cecile, Anthony, Marion, Sylvain, Lea, the band describes a dark,violent but also luminus, colored and powerful universe through their music. The band has a lot of influences but some particulary stand out ( pink floyd, king crimson, opeth, porcupine tree, steven wilson). Each listener has his or her own opinion of the style of the band : Pop, rock progressif, metal, seventies rock, You be the judge …
One thing is certain, an authentic and original identity comes to mind. In 2017 the first album « duality » was released. It was a concept album about depression and the human complexity which was enthusiastically welcomed by the medias. In 2018, after many gigs, the band produced their second album « Legacy » based on themes of tales and legends.
