Following a standout performance at the iconic Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, US electronic pioneer Moby is set to bring his 2026 UK & European tour to audiences across the continent this summer.
The Coachella set, performed on the Mojave stage, saw Moby deliver a powerful 50-minute, 10-track performance that reaffirmed his reputation as one of electronic music’s most compelling live artists. Joined by Jacob Lusk for emotionally charged renditions of When It’s Cold I’d Like To Die and Natural Blues, the set also featured iconic tracks including Porcelain, Go, and Why Does My Heart Feel So Bad?, before closing with his seminal 1992 rave anthem Thousand.
The momentum from Coachella now carries into Moby’s already-announced 28-date UK & European tour, running from June through August 2026, marking one of his most extensive live runs in recent years. The tour will see Moby perform with a full live band across major festivals, historic venues, and landmark outdoor stages throughout Europe, reaffirming his enduring connection with live audiences.
A standout moment includes his return to Brighton Beach on 26th July for the sold-out Iconic On The Beach Festival, marking his first performance in the city since 2002.
Spanning Turkey, Greece, Belgium, Spain, Austria, Germany, Italy, Croatia, Bulgaria, France, Scandinavia, and beyond, the tour reflects the continued reach and cultural resonance of Moby’s live shows.
Moby’s 23rd studio album Future Quiet - out now via BMG - signals a striking new chapter for one of electronic music’s most enduring and visionary artists. Across fourteen tracks of piano minimalism, immersive ambient soundscapes, and select vocal collaborations, the album reflects on the tension between hyper-connected modern life and the human need for stillness.
Elaborating, Moby says: “‘Future Quiet’ is, not surprisingly, quiet. To be clear; I love bombast. I love excess and volume. But as the world gets louder and crazier I find myself needing the refuge of quiet… Writing and recording it was a refuge for me, and I hope that listening to it is a refuge for you.”
The album opens with a stunning new orchestral reworking of When It’s Cold I’d Like To Die, featuring Jacob Lusk, best known for his work with the acclaimed Gabriels. Originally released in 1995 on Everything Is Wrong, the track has found a powerful new global audience through its use in the Netflix phenomenon Stranger Things, becoming Moby’s most streamed song, going viral on TikTok, and introducing his music to an entirely new generation of fans.
For many, this tour will mark their first opportunity to experience Moby live, making the song not only a cultural rediscovery but a bridge between generations. It is set to become one of the emotional centrepieces of the 2026 live shows.

About Moby:
Moby was born Richard Melville Hall in Harlem, NYC in 1965. His father gave him his nickname “Moby” when he was 10 minutes old, as a result of his hereditary relationship to Herman Melville. Moby started playing classical music and studying music theory when he was 9 years old, and then came of age musically in the punk rock scene in and around NYC in the early 80’s. He released his first single, “Go,” in 1991 (listed as one of “Rolling Stone'' magazine's best records of all time), and has been making albums ever since. He has sold over 20,000,000 albums worldwide.
Moby works with and supports a variety of non-profit organizations, including The Humane Society, Emily’s List, The ACLU, and The Institute for Music and Neurologic Function.
In 2005, Moby launched mobygratis; a free music licensing platform designed to support independent and student filmmakers, choreographers, musicians, producers, and other creatives. Powered by Little Walnut Productions, mobygratis continues to break down financial barriers in the arts by providing high-quality music to anyone who could benefit from it. Relaunched in 2025, this latest iteration also introduces collaborative options, enabling musicians and producers to remix and rework Moby’s instrumentals in ways never before possible.
