Following on from the release of their critically praised single "Big World", Melbourne-based indie-pop band MOBS have today returned with their new single "Find Another You".

The track opens with flowing delay guitars, delicate synth lines and the tender vocals of lead singer Jordan Clarey. Massive clap snares explode in the choruses, accompanied by delightful vocal harmonies, including the introduction of joyous saxophone riffs towards the songs climax. The accompanying video clip tells a burgeoning love story, flowing with hesitant feelings as the lead singer has obviously been burned romantically before.

Jordan talks about the inspiration behind "Find Another You": ’Find Another You’ is about the movie ‘She’s All That’. Instead of being about a jerk turning a geeky girl into a popular girl, our song is about that jerk getting hurt and doing whatever he can to get over the fact that he’s vulnerable and just wants to be happy. This was a fun sidestep from the theme of writing about movies as this was us creating our own story inside of the movie”.

"The nostalgic pop sound that we have created is something that we have been working on for a long time and it’s amazing that we have the opportunity to take these songs overseas and showcase them to people on the other side of the world” mentions bass player Scott MacDougall.
