Faroese pop singer-songwriter Marianna Winter is unveiling "Let Me Love You", an unforgettable new ballad, featuring Ragnar Finsson, out today. The track follows her summer single “Patio”, which was released earlier in June.
Written and produced by Marianna Winter and Ragnar Finsson, the song unfolds as a dialogue—half spoken out loud, half kept inside your head. Raw and vulnerable, the track paints the messy push-and-pull of conflict in a relationship, but at its core, it’s about surrendering and not seeing the other person for what they say, but rather for who they are. “Let Me Love You” is the soundtrack to every fight that really just came from wanting to be held.
When sharing about the song, Marianna stated “Sometimes it feels impossible to translate what you’re really feeling into words. You end up saying everything but what you mean—pushing someone away, when all you actually want is for them to come closer. “Let Me Love You” captures those long nights that feel like post-war battlefields, where emotions run high and words twist and scatter like bullet casings. Then comes the moment after—the dust has settled, pride fades, and you’re both finally ready to wave the white flag.”

Born in Los Angeles and raised in the Faroe Islands, Marianna Winter creates music that bridges two worlds - the rugged, windswept landscapes of the North Atlantic and the vibrant energy of California.
This duality defines her sound: dreamy yet grounded, intimate yet expansive, rooted in alternative pop and indie pop-rock.
Marianna Winter first stepped into the spotlight with her 2019 debut single “For Real This Time”, followed by her 2022 debut EP Sorry I’m a Libra, praised by Bands of Tomorrow as one of the year’s “Most Important Albums” and featured in The Line of Best Fit. Her single “Consequences” premiered on Clash Magazine with a Quentin Tarantino-inspired music video directed by Trygvi Danielsen (Aggrasoppar), solidifying her as a bold creative voice.
Since then, she has performed at international festivals including The Great Escape, G! Festival, and Iceland Airwaves, while singles like “Cruising”, “People Pleaser”, and most recently “Patio” (June 2025) have expanded her reach.
Patio earned placements on major playlists such as Spotify’s New Music Friday DK and Apple Music’s New Music Daily, marking her growing international recognition.
Prior singles have had success on these same playlists beforehand, and she recently did a feature on Jazzygold’s track “CAKE” (now in a BADDIES EDITION), which landed Spotify’s New Music Friday Denmark as well as Spotify’s New Music Friday Iceland.
Currently, Winter is working on her debut album, due in 2026. Influenced by Chappell Roan, Fleetwood Mac, Saya Gray, The Japanese House, and America (the band, not the country!), the record promises lush soundscapes and honest lyricism that explore themes of growth, vulnerability, and transformation. She is writing and producing the album herself, with her long-time partner in crime, Ragnar Finsson
