Concert organizers Friendly Fire and Loud Noise are proud to announce an exclusive partnership focusing on the louder genres of music. The collaboration is dedicated to the joint creation of large-scale concerts within the Netherlands.

Experience

The Dutch live industry is getting a powerful boost: Friendly Fire and Loud Noise, both leading names in the concert industry, are joining forces. By combining their areas of expertise, the two organizers want to take the live experience for metal fans to the next level. Together, they will bring concerts in the metal genre to major venues and fields.

Eindhoven-based Loud Noise, the company behind Dynamo Metalfest, among others, is known for its passion for heavy guitars and commitment to the metal community. The organization brings a deep-rooted network in that scene. Friendly Fire, from Amsterdam, has years of experience organizing large-scale shows at the Ziggo Dome, AFAS Live, Ahoy, and the Johan Cruijff ArenA. With this collaboration, they are taking a strategic step to bring more international metal artists to the big venues of the Netherlands.

Rense van Kessel – managing director Friendly Fire: For years, I have been watching Loud Noise with great admiration. The shows and festivals they organize within the metal scene are very strong. I am confident that together we can take both of our activities in this area to a higher level and I am looking forward to working together.

Tjerk Maas – founder/co-owner Loud Noise: We are excited to have found a strong partner with Friendly Fire and their European parent company FKP Scorpio to continue to grow as a concert promoter and bring even bigger metal shows to the Netherlands. Friendly Fire has already amply proven they can handle all formats of shows and we can't wait for our first joint productions!

Friendly Fire

Friendly Fire organizes more than 3,000 concerts and events annually, ranging from club shows to major festivals and theatre shows. The company works with both emerging and established artists, including Dean Lewis, Hans Zimmer, The 1975, Snoop Dogg, Krezip, Danny Vera, Roxy Dekker and Kensington. In addition, Friendly Fire produces the Best Kept Secret festival and is involved in the outdoor event Live At Amsterdamse Bos.

Loud Noise

Since 1998, Loud Noise has been the driving force behind the loudest festivals and shows in the Netherlands. What once began as a booking agency has grown into a leading concert promoter and festival organizer, rooted in Eindhoven, the city where the amps never go out.

Among other things, Loud Noise is responsible for Into The Grave in Leeuwarden and Dynamo Metalfest in Eindhoven, two heavyweights within the European festival calendar, where respectively 5,000 and 10,000 visitors per day converge for a weekend full of metal violence. In addition, Loud Noise organizes indoor shows and festivals: from the raw energy in small venues like Café The Jack and Little Devil to large-scale productions in 013, AFAS Live and MAINSTAGE Den Bosch, with bands like Arch Enemy, In Flames, Powerwolf and Kreator.
