ABOUT LOSYBOYJAY

Canadian Music Producer, Jay Daillie, aka LOSTBOYJAY began his story producing music for a variety of emerging Toronto and American Hip Hop and RnB artists who he connected with through Facebook (now Meta) and SoundCloud. After years of producing for independent artists, LOSTBOYJAY stepped into his own solo career recording trapsoul music, even leading to him opening for the likes of Migos during an after party.

As he takes a break from Hip Hop and R&B, in 2021, LOSTBOYJAY discovered a new love towards House music. His collaborative personality and passion for creating music sparked a new journey. With his Hip Hop and RnB roots in mind, LOSTBOYJAY builds a following by blending the two genres and creating mashups of some of his favourite Dance, Hip Hop, and RnB tracks. His remixes have now amount to millions of streams and have established the new foundation of his music career.

In 2022, LOSTBOYJAY releases 'COULD BE WRONG', which includes a notable sample from Brandy Norwood's, 'I Wanna be Down', and lands a record deal with Polydor Records / Universal Music Group.

As the single captivates audiences globally and garners millions of streams, LOSTBOYJAY is praised for producing one of Universal’s most reactive songs featured in Massive Dance Hits playlists. Alongside this release, he also finds himself collaborating with American Singer, Dancer, Model, and Actress, Mette Towley, with their remix of Mama's Eyes.

The increasing demand for LOSTBOYJAY's sound leads to his own live & viral show in Toronto’s abandoned Lower Bay Subway Station in celebration of his success. His momentum amasses to a nomination during the 2023 Canadian Music Week Festival for Electronic Dance Music Artist of The Year nomination alongside REZZ, Felix Cartel, DJ Shub, and Kasablanca.
