« 29 » is a pure demonstration of Loic Nottet’s artistry. His voice becomes the instrument of his emotions and find a beautiful echo on ours. Alternating subtle and powerful vibes, melancholia and hope, high and low notes, Nottet tells in this ballad the story of a painful breakup he went through and that has deeply affected him.
The video features a car floating in the air as two lovers are standing at opposite sides and try to reach each other. It is a metaphor of a relationship when partners can be so close to each other but experience the difficulty of actually feeling close.
“29” has been co-written by hitmaker Sasha Skarbek (Miley Cyrus "Wrecking Ball", James Blunt "You're Beautiful", Jason Mraz, Adele,…).
