Light the Fire are back with their new third full-length album 'Compassion In Unlikely Places,' out January 25 on Standby Records. When the time came to start creating the new album, the band would see a lineup change with guitarist Seth Davis stepping up to the lead vocalist position and the addition of new guitar player/backup vocalist Trey Hawkins.

The new lineup would immediately release their first single from 'Compassion In Unlikely Places' and corresponding music video for the song "The Void" which has been well received, logging over 975,000 streams and almost 42,000 views on Spotify and YouTube respectively.

Other singles and music videos for "True North", "Autonomy", & "Carry On" have also since been released and are available now.

Bassist Andrew Penland describes the new album as "our most ambitious yet. We worked very hard to explore our sound and really focus in so we can take another step as artists. Also, Seth made it a point to explore new lyrical topics and capture the emotional depth and delivery of everything he was trying to say."

The LTF boys are very excited to see if the emotion they poured into the creation of 'Compassion In Unlikely Places' is felt and reciprocated by all those who take the time to listen to it
