Touching down on Dim Mak yet again with the finest rave sounds, JSTJR drops in with a Mainstage banger “Thief.” The single gives nostalgic EDM synth leads, an ethereal piano melody, and a killer hook driven vocal. Out on June 21, “Thief” draws from the fun eurodance sounds that many grew up on.

JSTJR adds; “By far my favorite period of dance music is that early Y2K rave sound that had huge crossover mainstream success. This track was inspired by Alice Deejay and DJ Sammy with a harder, modern festival touch.”

And you can hear that inspiration directly in “Thief,” as well as in JSTJR’s recently released Dim Mak tracks including the tracks on his Attitude EP that came out in April. It’s clear that embracing his Y2K inspirations has led to some massively exciting music from the producer. And there’s much more to come…
