After recently returning to deliver his highly-praised UKG-inspired offering 'Feel It (With Blush'ko)' earlier this year, emerging British producer Joseph Robson aka Indigo Eyes has now announced the plans for his new EP 'Late Nights', out 22nd June, alongside the unveiling of his infectious new standout track 'In My Head', out 25th May & just in time for summer.

His forthcoming EP is set to be a bold step forward for the producer at the helm. While his formative work saw him explore a rich and atmospheric texture of chill house, his latest material sees him blend those formative ideals with a more UKG-inspired direction, making for a fresh and enticing listen throughout.

The new single 'In My Head' perfectly cements his newfound aesthetic. Brimming with bright melodic synths over his very own celestial vocal, coupled with lo-fi garage beats and a warm elegance from the production, we are seeing the beginning of a new dawn for Indigo Eyes.

Speaking about the new release, he said, "'In My Head' is for people who struggle with overthinking. I wanted the centrepiece for my upcoming EP, 'Long Nights', to be a down-tempo, garage inspired track, toying with the themes of trust issues and hidden motivations behind relationships. I went back and forth on whether to release this as a single, mostly because I was listening to my own voice for hours on end and over-critiquing it, but whenever I played the EP in full to anyone this would always be the track which got people most excited about the project, and over time became really special to me. This is also my first track to have a full length music video release alongside it, filmed in and around London with an incredible crew and amazing actors who were a dream to work with, bringing my music to life visually, which I haven't been able to do in this way before, giving the record another world to live in other than just through your headphones."

'Late Nights' tracklisting:

1. Alone

2. Fingertips (Feat. Michelle)

3. In My Head

4. Comfort Me

5. Feel It (Feat. Blush.ko)

Since the release of his debut EP, Indigo Eyes has also been busy on the remix circuit. Adding his take to the Kehina cut 'All Over Again', as well as reworking Joe Hertz's 'Colourblind', which has since racked up 500k streams on Spotify alone.

Indigo Eyes is the alias of electronic artist Joseph Robson from London, England. Starting out with childhood lessons in a number of instruments he gradually became a bedroom producer with a deep fascination in dance music and the UK house scene, with influences among the likes of Disclosure, AlunaGeorge, and SG Lewis. After first discovering his love for electronic music at the age of 15 when he snuck into a Martin Garrix performance in Ibiza, he is showing a level of diversity and imagination far beyond his years.

Following on from this, his production style consists of warm synths and soul-oriented guitar melodies. Being a long-time fan of the singer-songwriter duo 'Oh Wonder,' a chance encounter with their dog sitter led to an opportunity for him to develop a relationship with the duo and remix 'Lose It,' a fan favourite track of theirs, which, in addition to various other remixes and instrumentals, helped Joseph grow an online fan base long before his first commercial release.

2020 saw the release of his debut EP 'Close To You', which demonstrated his eclectic sound through a set of four diverse tracks, featuring collaborations from up and coming artists 'De Rien' and Georgie O’Brien' along with the already well established 'LissA.' With lots of incredible new music on the horizon and already support from the likes of key tastemakers Wonderland, Earmilk & This Song Is Sick, Indigo Eyes looks set to become the next big name to emerge from the electronic producer scene.
