The story of Modeselektor and Dour Festival has been long and varied. They have performed live, done DJ sets, collaborated with Moderat, and even played with their label 50 Weapons, and now the duo of Berlin producers are back, and being given free reign over the line-up for one special night. This project has neither been conceived as a group performance or as a festival, but will take place in two parts across one evening. First of all Gernot and Sebastian will play under the moniker of Siriusmodeselektor (live with their friend and collaborator Siriusmo) on the Last Arena.
The two Germans will then will take over one of the festival tents for an evening of 'Modeselektion'. They will play DJ sets accompanied by a selection of their friends: Ben UFO, Kink (live), and an uncut back-to-back session between Doc Daneeka and Benjamin Damage.
