”Waste Your Time”, the first single and video from BLINDSTONE’s forthcoming album, ”Scars To Remember”, is out now. A heavy, Texas-boogie-inspired track, with a groovy breakdown, and a spectacular guitar solo.
“We all know them: The people that are all talk, yet have surprisingly little to say”, guitarist and frontman Martin Jepsen Andersen comments about the track. “All front and no substance. A waste of time. This song is about those people. “I don’t care if you waste your time, just don’t waste mine”””.
Musically, “Waste Your Time” is one of the bluesier tracks from the album “Scars To Remember”. Might be described as ZZ Top and Stevie Ray Vaughan meet Deep Purple on a bluesy day, with Jimi Hendrix on lead guitar.
