A multifaceted artist who has long navigated the intersections of soul, house, jazz, and club culture, Ben Westbeech returns with his most expansive and expressive body of work to date: Everything Is Within You, out now via Glitterbox Recordings.

This marks Ben’s first full-length solo album since 2011’s There’s More To Life Than This on Strictly Rhythm, and a significant step forward in his evolution from singer-songwriter to producer, curator, and arranger. Everything Is Within You reflects renewed clarity and a deeper purpose, shaped by years of self-work, spiritual exploration, and an unwavering commitment to authenticity.

“This album is about speaking the truth. The truth from within,” says Westbeech. “It isn’t about me or you. It’s about everything that is within.”

The eight-track LP showcases a stellar cast of collaborators, including Dames Brown (recorded by Moodymann in Detroit), RAHH, Karen Harding, DAVIE, and Obi Franky. With co-production from luminaries like Honey Dijon, Luke Solomon, Mousse T., and Chris Penny, the record originated from a writing camp at Defected’s London studio and blossomed into a deeply personal yet widely resonant statement.

From the protest-soul of “Times Are Changing” (remixed by Louie Vega & Josh Milan as Two Soul Fusion) to the sweeping, disco-tinged empowerment anthem “Do Me Right,” the album balances groove with grace, never sacrificing substance for style. Tracks like “Free” and “Whatever Is Missing” explore themes of self-acceptance and liberation, while “Take It Back” injects a burst of '90s funk energy with help from Mousse T.

The message? That all the answers we seek—connection, healing, joy—can be found within.

Drawing influence from his time in Ibiza, the island’s tranquil energy and communal spirit are ever-present in the album’s tone. Whether you’re soaking in the lush, piano-laced arrangements or swept up by its rhythmic pulse, Everything Is Within You moves both body and soul.

This album is crafted for the dancefloor, yet it is rooted in truth, vulnerability, and authentic human connection.
