Awolnation reveal video for new single 'Handyman'

(January 19^th, 2018) Today, AWOLNATION shared their official music video for the new single ‘Handyman’. The video again pairs director Ravi Dhar with the multi-platinum artist (Dhar also directed the band’s previous music video for the single ‘Passion’), and it features accomplished film/TV/stage actor Monte Markham alongside actress Alex Essoe(Starry Eyes).

Set amidst stunning California environs, the video is a time-bending journey through the moments and memories of the characters’ lives, embracing the idea of what was and what could have been. “I wanted to finally tell a good ole fashion love story,” says front man Aaron Bruno. “We all have the opportunity to be the handyman (or woman) of the heart.”Watch the video here.

Serving as a follow up to the platinum-certified debut album Megalithic Symphony, and 2015’s Run, which included US No. 1 hit ‘Hollow Moon (Bad Wolf)’ as well as Top 5 tracks ‘I Am’ and ‘Woman Woman,’ AWOLNATION’s third undertaking sees Aaron Bruno once again at the helm producing, writing and recording the new studio album. “With this record I really wanted to make a rock n’ roll/pop album,” says Bruno. “And I say ‘pop’ how I grew up listening to it, in the sense of Dire Straits or Born In The U.S.A or The Cars or Tom Petty.”

In support of Here Come The Runts, AWOLNATION will be embarking on a headlining tour with support from Nothing But Thieves on February 10^th in Toronto, and touring the States until mid-March before crossing the pond for a European/UK run throughout the month of April.
