Revered punk-rock band Reggie and the Full Effect has debuted a brand new video for the single “Karate School”. The song is found on the band’s newly released, 7th full-length album '41' which is out now on Pure Noise Records. Fans can purchase the record

The new video for “Karate School” features live footage of the band performing on a recent tour. Giving context to the video, James Dewees gives insight about the meaning behind the song: “Karate school, is about a boys journey when he moves from New Jersey to California. He befriends an older Asian man who teaches him karate and then he kicks everyone’s ass”.

Reggie and the Full Effect is the solo project of James Dewees, otherwise known as the keyboardist for influential pop-punk band The Get Up Kids. 2018 marks the act’s 20th anniversary and the beginning of his next chapter with the release of the 7th studio album '41'. The upcoming record will be Dewees’ first release in 4 years, following 2013’s Pure Noise Record debut 'No Country For Old Musicians'.
