Iconic folk-punk band Levellers continue their rescheduled 30th anniversary UK tour tomorrow, following the release of their Top 20 album We The Collective earlier this year. The album saw the band transform classic tracks into new acoustic arrangements, resulting in their highest chart position in twenty years, and was met with widespread critical acclaim.

The Levellers will be performing these new acoustic renditions across the country with guest musicians on their extensive acoustic tour throughout July, following stunning performances at Glasgow’s Celtic Connections festival and at the Roundhouse in London, with support from Ginger Wildheart.

The band will also be performing their electric show at festivals throughout the summer, including Doune The Rabbit Hole in Stirlingshire, Fairport Convention’s Cropredy festival in Oxfordshire, Moseley Folk Festival in Birmingham and Lindisfarne Festival in Northumberland.

On August 19th Levellers headline the Sunday night of their very own festival, Beautiful Days. Now in its 16th year, the festival has become a firm fixture on the calendar and is regularly acclaimed as one of the best festivals in the world, showcasing an incredible array of artists and remaining true to the founding principles of The Levellers.

This year’s event sees Manic Street Preachers headline on Saturday 18th, with Friday night’s headliner being revealed shortly. Joining them are artists including Gogol Bordello, Shed Seven, Feeder, British Sea Power, The Skids, Suzanne Vega, Calexico, Richard Thompson, Nadine Shah, The Wildhearts, Dub Pistols, Dreadzone and many, many more.

Levellers also celebrate their 30th Anniversary with one of their smallest gigs in decades, playing the 100 Club in London. Tickets for the performance sold out in less than 10 minutes of being announced.
